Linguistics Undergraduate Association (LingUA)

LingUA is the official undergraduate student organization of the Linguistics Department. Its purpose is to unify linguistics majors, minors and interested students through scholarly discussion, social activities and faculty interaction. It aims to foster a warm, inviting environment in which to explore academic and occupational opportunities within UCSD Linguistics department and beyond. There is no official membership structure- all undergraduate students are invited to attend LingUA events!

Linguistics Lounge

The Linguistics Department is proud to offer a lounge (formerly known as the Undergraduate Scholarly Activities Room) specifically for our undergraduate students.  Please feel free to study, relax and unwind in AP&M 3016!
